After my military service as a combat fitness instructor, I studied at the Wingate Institute for Physical Education & Sports, and began my professional career. Along the way I have accumulated a great deal of knowledge and experience as a gym & studio certified instructor, and completed many courses in various fields:

Aerobic step, Pilates, Power Yoga, Thai Boxing, TRX, CrossFit, Nutrition, Running,  Interval training & Functional training, pole dance.

 

While training with me you'll continue to burn calories up to 72 hours after the workout!
